Below you will find a list of what our “Full Service” package includes.  Should you choose us to bring your special day to life, you will receive the following services.
  • Extensive planning and design consultation to obtain a clear understanding of your vision, goals and requirements for your wedding day (scheduled after contract is signed and deposit is paid)

  • Assistance in wedding design

  • Unlimited texts and emails during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm CST)

  • Five 20 minute phone calls per week during business hours

  • Introduce you to trusted vendors

  • Assist with vendor negotiation

  • Create timelines for rehearsal and wedding day

  • Custom wedding calendar and reminder checklist

  • Budget creation and monitoring

  • Ceremony and reception location assistance, including appointments and booking

  • Thorough review of vendor contracts

  • Assist with invitations

  • Track RSVP’s

  • Keep venue updated on guest count

  • Attend tasting and help with selection of menu, wines and hors d’oeuvres

  • Final two hour detailed meeting 2 – 3 weeks prior to wedding date* (remaining planning balance due at this time)

  • Final vendor confirmations

  • Gather vendor contact information

  • Setup and attend vendor meetings as needed

  • Assist with seating chart and floor plan

  • Up to 90 minutes of rehearsal coordination

  • Assist in Processional and Recessional line up

  • Instruct ushers on the best way to greet and seat

  • Work with vendors for timely musical entrances and exits

  • Wedding day management for up to 10 hours

  • Serve as point of contact for vendors and event venue

  • Deliver final payments and gratuities for vendors when applicable

  • Direct design and set-up for ceremony and reception per couples instruction

  • Supervise florist to ensure all flowers are distributed to entire bridal party in a timely and proper manner

  • Keep track of the marriage license, Ketubah, ritual items, and rings (if requested by couple)

  • Light the candles

  • Pin on boutonnières and corsages and pass out bouquets of other “carry” items to bridal party

  • Confirm set up of the guest book, gift table, cake table, and rentals

  • Keep the timeline running smoothly

  • Assist with guest management

  • Determine who will be responsible for getting gifts from reception to final destination

  • Respond to any last-minute emergencies or changes

  • E-mail wedding time line to vendors

  • Create a ceremony seating arrangements for family and guests

  • Line up bridal party and family for processional

  • Cue musicians for entrance of processional

  • Cue bridal party and family to enter into ceremony

  • Assist with late arrivals or any possible distractions to the ceremony

  • Manage reception from start to finish including vendors, décor, cake table set-up and timelines
